Ubaldo Jimenz, the pitcher the Cleveland Indians traded away two of their young prospects for got the loss tonight in Cleveland as the Indians fell 2 games below .500 at the hands of the Chicago White Sox. When Ubaldo Jimenez gets the start for the Indians you never really know which Jimenez is going to show up. Jimenez looked as though he was going to hold the Sox scoreless as he pitched 4 great innings for the Tribe. Then it happened again. The wheels feel right off as he started to give up the long ball giving the White Sox the lead 4-2. Jimenez looks like a great pitcher when he starts out in a game. The problem is he just can’t seem to keep his control as the game goes on. I don’t know if it is an effect of trying to be too precise, or the guy just gets tiered. One day I certainly hope he finds the answer to that question and he becomes what the Indians thought they were getting when they traded for the big man.
