Yankees get even, thanks to Burnett, bats

NEW YORK — Pedro Martinez was good Thursday night. A.J. Burnett and the New York Yankees were better in a 3-1 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies. The World Series, tied 1-1, now rolls to Philadelphia with each team feeling good about itself.   Yankees' optimism • Burnett worked seven innings and allowed one run on four hits.
