An MRI on Yankees pitching prospect Manny Banuelos’ left elbow showed no structural damage.
It’s good news, as there was some concern that he had a serious injury. Banuelos, who holds a 4.50 ERA with 22 strikeouts over 24 innings for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre this season, will be shut down indefinitely.
