Posted to Things Other Than Sports But Are Still Funny, and A Little Bit Of SportsDuring Tuesday nights matchup between the Athletics and the Angels, Atheltics outfielder Yoenis Cespedes showed off his incredible throwing ability.
Angels Howie Kendrick was sitting on first as Mike Trout blasted a double out to left field. The ball took a bounce and hit the glove of Cespedes and it got away from him. With Kendick rounding third, Cespedes quickly recovered and launched the ball all the way to home, on the fly, and got Kendrick out at home.
This is the craziest throw I’ve seen in awhile. The fact that the mans throw made it to home without bouncing is incredible. In my little league days I couldn’t make a throw from third to first without a bounce or two, probably because I sucked but still.
