Every morning, we compile the links of the day and dump them here... highlighting the big storyline. Because there's nothing quite as satisfying as a good morning dump. "I said it from Jump Street, I’m not going to go out there and do something that’s going to cost me the rest of the season. I want to be 100 percent the next time I get on a mound, so that’s what I’m going to do." -- Clay Buchholz the day before the All-Star Game WEEI: Clay's path proved to be right one Last night he looked 100% alright.  In what was basically a rehab start for Buchholz, he looked filthy. He went five shutout innings against the Rays in an efficient 74 pitches. If he wasn't on the 75-80 pitch limit, he would've been out there at least until the seventh and the Rays still wouldn't have gotten to him. It would've been his 12th quality start in the 13 games he's pitched this season. It's only the second time he's gone less than six innings this year.and the other time was due to a rain shortened game (and I counted that as a quality start since it is a complete game shutout for him). The Sox are now 12-1 with him on the mound.  Everyone else in the American League should be panicked, the Sox have their ace back. Their magic number to clinch the division is 10 and given how they're are playing, some celebrating will be going on during the final homestand. October baseball looks more and more likely and the Sox, dare I say... appear to be the favorites heading in?  What a difference a year makes eh? Rest of the Links: Globe: Buchholz strong in return | Sox 2, Rays 0 | Buchholz a perfect 10-0 | Herald: Buchholz, Sox in good shape | Dominant theme: Buchholz special | Rays not even able to tread water | CSNNE: Sox shut out Rays in Clay's return | Buchholz can make fans forget about long layoff | Buchholz doesn't skip a beat | WEEI:  Buchholz, Uehara dominant in win
