MILWAUKEE After breaking his hand in a freak suitcase accident back on May 27, it appears Milwaukee Brewers catcher Jonathan Lucroy is inching closer to a return to the team's lineup.
Lucroy threw to second base from home plate on Friday and had been hitting off of a tee since Monday. He said he plans on taking live batting practice on Saturday.

This was just one of those really strange games. First off, it took forever (3 hours, 50 mins). Second, a lot of really good things happened for the Pirates. And third, a lot of really bad things happened for the Pirates. Unfortunately, the bad things out-weighed the good things....
