Well, we've come to the last RotF report of 2009. I don't know if it's the last ever yet or not. A few months of offseason may be what I need to recharge, but the frustrations of this season and this front office/ownership regime go far beyond a couple months of downtime...

The Sports Network reports that the Rays have agreed to terms with pitcher Jorge Julio. They've assigned the righty, who was recently released by the Brewers, to Triple A. The Rays released pitcher Chad Orvella to make room for Julio in Durham.
