Reineke to get the ball on Tuesday
The Reds announced on Monday afternoon that right-handed pitcher Chad Reineke would be called up from Triple-A Louisville to start on Tuesday against the Brewers. Reineke, who attended Miami University in Ohio, will take the spot of Homer Bailey, who was placed on the disabled list on Saturday.

Brewers claim Daniel Ray Herrera off waivers from the Reds
The Milwaukee Brewers have claimed left handed pitcher Danny Ray Herrera off waivers from the Cincinnati Reds according to John Fay of the Cincinnati Enquirer.
With Herrera off the roster, Fay suggests that the Reds could put either left hander Dontrelle Willis or right hander Chad Reineke on the roster.
In 2010, Herrera was 1-3 with a 3.91 ERA in 23 innings throughout 36 games...
