Giants re-sign Chuck Lofgren
The Giants have re-signed LHP Chuck Lofgren, according to Baseball America’s minor-league free agent database. The 25-year-old lefty spent time in San Jose, Richmond, and Fresno this season, but was pretty underwhelming: 4.31 ERA, 1.45 WHIP, and a 1.30 K/BB in 79.1 innings. Lofgren made Baseball America’s top 100 prospect rankings back in 2007 and 2008.

Brewers keep pitcher Lofgren, send Aguilar to Indians
It turns out, left-hander Chuck Lofgren never had much of a chance of making the Milwaukee Brewers' roster this spring.

That said, here's a quick post before heading to the land of Disney to take the Bcrew on their first adventure to the Magic Kingdom. Here's a quick...

Arizona Fall League: Lofgren Needs a Mulligan
While we were able to see the AFL debuts of several Indians players two days ago, the second game of the season lifted the curtain on a couple more. Unfortunately, Chuck Lofgren likely wishes that the curtain would just stay put as he was torched for six earned runs in one-third of an inning.
