Cincinnati Reds infielder Danny Richar will have season-ending surgery on Tuesday.
Welcome Back Edwin
Edwin Encarnacion was activated from the 60 day disabled list. Danny Richar was placed on the 15 day d.l. in his place.
Encarnacion, who had been out with a wrist fracture, had been hitting in his rehab games, and should slot in immediately as the everyday third baseman for the Reds...
