Seattle Mariners sign David Winfree to a Minor League Deal
According to the Scaranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees Twitter account, the Seattle Mariners have signed outfielder David Winfree to a Minor League deal. Winfree has been assigned to Triple-A Tacoma.

The CC Sabathia-Roy Halladay faceoff didn’t end up being the pitcher’s duel it was billed to be. The Yankees tagged Halladay for three home runs and Sabathia struggled with consistency as the Yanks won 8-3 to stay in first place.
