LOS ANGELES-- Eric Munson, a former USC All-American catcher and third overall pick in the 1999 major league baseball draft has been named Trojan undergraduate assistant coach, USC head coach Frank Cruz announced today.

Former Illini Robinson Named to PCL All-Star Team
Former Illinois catcher Chris Robinson (Dorchester, Ontario) was named to the Pacific Coast League All-Star team, which will face the all-stars from the International League in the annual Triple-A All-Star game, held this year at Portland's PGE Park on July 15 and televised live at 9 p.m. CT on ESPN2. He will start the game and share catching duties with Sacramento's Eric Munson.
