Mets reportedly interested in Eric Young Jr.
According to ESPNNewYork.com, the New York Mets have reportedly expressed interest in trading for Eric Young Jr, the Colorado Rockies utility man.
Earlier reports from Adam Rubin said that the Mets and Rockies talked about Jon Niese and also Justin Turner being apart of a deal, but now later reports state that Justin Turner isn’t going anywhere.
I really don’t understand...

Scouts are watching Eric Young Jr. of the Colorado Rockies, according to Troy E. Renck of The Denver Post. The team has plenty of depth at second base with Jose Lopez, Jonathan Herrera and Ty Wigginton, so it'll be difficult for Young to make the team when camp breaks.
