Rangers place OF Borbon on disabled list
The Texas Rangers placed speedy outfielder Julio Borbon on the 15-day disabled list Saturday with a sprained left ankle.
Tests did not reveal any bone or ligament damage and he is eligible to return on July 24.
Borbon, 25, is hitting .270 with 11 RBIs and six stolen bases in 89 at-bats.
