The Red Sox made a roster move today. Jarrod Saltalamacchia was called up from Pawtucket and Kevin Cash was sent to the DL with a hamstring strain.
I have 3 thoughts about this.....
1. SALTY!!!!!!!!
2. DL for Cash, eh? Am I the only one not buying it? I think he is just as much hurt as Lowell was when he took the courtesy DL earlier this year. I call this the "Taking one...

Boston consummated a minor deal with the Houston Astros reacquiring backup catcher Kevin Cash for infielder Angel Sanchez, according to WEEI's Alex Speier.
