Los Angeles Angels righthander Kevin Jepsen underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee on Wednesday. Jepsen also received a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection to facilitate the healing process. He is expected to return to spring training next year. The 27-year-old Jepsen posted a 1-2 mark with a 7.62 ERA in 13 innings for the Angels this season.
