Veteran Hawkins ready to stabilize 'pen
Reliever LaTroy Hawkins took the liberty of showing up at the Winter Meetings in Dallas this year -- something he finds especially beneficial as a veteran of 17 seasons and eight teams -- and by being there, he was able to venture into the Angels' suite moments after agreeing on a one-year, $3 million deal with them on Dec. 7.

Angels add veteran reliever Hawkins
Dallas, TX The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim have agreed to a one-year deal with veteran right-handed reliever LaTroy Hawkins.
The 38-year-old Hawkins appeared in 52 games last season for the National League Central champion Milwaukee Brewers and was 3-1 with a 2.42 earned run average. In 48 13 innings, he allowed 50 hits and only 10 walks with 28 strikeouts.

LaTroy Hawkins Is a Survivor
The surprise isn't that LaTroy Hawkins is still pitching in the major leagues. The surprise is that anyone would sign a 39 year old pitcher that isn't left-handed. If reports are correct, Hawkins has signed a one year deal with the Angels for $3 million pending a physical. If the deal becomes finalized it will mean an eighteenth season for Hawkins with his ninth different team....

Hawkins named Clemente Award nominee

Hawkins having strong season after limited 2010
The Milwaukee Brewers signed LaTroy Hawkins before the 2010 season, but for all intents and purposes the veteran relief pitcher's first true season as a Brewer has come in 2011.

MLB News: LaTroy Hawkins Back With Brewers
When the Milwaukee Brewers signed LaTroy Hawkins to a 2 year $7.5 million contract, they did not expect him to post a 8.44 ERA. Hawkins was expected to be the team's setup man but instead landed on the disabled list with a shoulder issue that led to season ending surgery in August.

As a New York Yankee fan, there is only one good thing I can say about the Yankees' decision to add LaTroy Hawkins to their bullpen.
