LHP Mark Mulder retires from baseball
According to Jeff Fletcher of Fanhouse, left-handed pitcher Mark Mulder has officially retired.
“I guess I am [retired],” he told FanHouse on Monday. “I haven’t touched a baseball since February.”
Mulder has recently taken on a new challenge – golf. He has played in nine tournaments and won six of them on the Golf Channel Amateur Tour.

Apparently, recent reports saying that Mark Mulder was going to retire are not exactly accurate. According to his agent, Gregg Clifton, "Mulder has not made a decision." Cards Mulder Leaves Comeback Game with Shoulder Pain
