RHP Robinson Tejeda agrees with Indians
Free agent reliever Robinson Tejeda has agreed to a minor league contract with the Cleveland Indians and been invited to major league spring training.
If added to the 40-man roster, he would receive a contract calling for an $825,000 salary in the major leagues and a $125,000 salary in the minors. He could earn an additional $300,000 in performance bonuses.

The Cleveland Indians signed righthander Robinson Tejeda to a minor league contract Tuesday.
Tejeda, 29, appeared in 11 games for the Kansas City Royals last season, going 0-1 with a 6.14 ERA before he was released.

Royals agree on a one-year deal with Robinson Tejeda
The Kansas City Royals have avoided arbitration with right handed pitcher Robinson Tejeda according to a team press release. The deal avoids the arbitration process for both parties. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The 28-year old Tejeda was 3-5 with a 3.54 ERA in 61 innings throughout 54 games in 2010 with the Royals.

Return of the Eight-Man Bullpen
With Robinson Tejeda’s calf giving him problems, the Royals have sent 1B Kila Ka’aihue back down to Omaha and purchased the contract of RHP Brian Bullington from Omaha. Ka’aihue was 1-4 in two appearances since his call up on May 5.
Bullington, a former number one overall pick by Pittsburgh, was 2-0 with a 1.71 ERA in seven games for Omaha – five of those were starts.
