The Doosan Bears said Thursday that Proctor signed a one-year, $300,000 contract to play for the team in 2012. The club says Proctor will join the team's offseason training due to start in Arizona next week.

Scott Proctor signs with Korean Baseball Team
Scott Proctor finally found a place where Joe Torre couldn’t abuse him.
Proctor has reportedly signed a contract to play with Korean baseball team the Doosan Bears, officially ending his second stint with the Yankees, according to Dan Kurtz of MyKBO.
I’m still not sure why, but the Yankees picked Proctor up off the scrap heap after the Braves released him last summer...

Joe Girardi, Scott Proctor Help Save the Sox's Season
I really wanted the Yankees to sweep this series. I wanted the Yankees to tramp the dirt down, put the nail in the coffin, and destroy the Red Sox's season. A.J. Burnett did his part in the first game to smash the Sox. But alas, thanks to Joe Girardi and Scott Proctor, Boston gets to live again, with a huge victory that could be a momentum-changer to their season. If the Yanks...

Braves-Pirates go 19 innings, end on controversial call at home plate
The Braves and Pirates had a 19 inning affair last night, one that possibly could have gone on a lot longer had it not been for the very controversial call at home featured in the video above.
With Braves relief pitcher Scott Proctor at-bat with runners on 2nd and 3rd with one out, Proctor hit a ground ball to Pirates third baseman Pedro Alvarez. Alvarez fielded the ball and...

Scott, Scott, Go Away. Don’t Make the Braves Lose Anymore Games!
Can I just say that Scott Proctor’s entrance into any baseball game for the Atlanta Braves gives me instant indigestion? I am starting to wonder if Fredi Gonzalez or Frank Wren is being black-mailed by his continued presence with the team. Every time he steps foot on the mound, he puts runners on base and tries to get out of jams. Sometimes it works. Many times it doesn’t...

Monitoring the Progress of Scott Proctor
Proctor was a pleasant surprise to the Braves in Spring Training and how close he actually came to making the team before leaving Florida is known only by upper management. Clearly he wasn’t as far along in his recovery from Tommy John surgery as the Braves had hoped given his numbers 11.25 ERA in eight appearances at AAA Gwinnett this season.
After struggling Proctor returned...
