SCOTT SPIEZIO RUMORS

AngelsWin.com Interviews Dick Schofield

By David Saltzer, AngelsWin.com Senior Writer When AngelsWin.com created our list of the Top-50 Greatest Moments in Angels History, three homer uns stood out above all others. Coming in at #2 was Scott Spiezio’s blast to bring the team back from the edge in Game 6. Coming in at #7 was Tim Salmon’s shot to give the Angels their first ever World Series win. Scott Spiezio? Who's He? Giants 3, Rangers 1

Well, that's over. Edgar Rentaria's three-run blast was, approximately, the last thing you expected to see. The Giants hit 162 home runs in the regular season, or an average of 27 per month (though the 39 they hit in September/October was perhaps a predictor). Naw. It's just a crazy game. Ex-Angels hero Scott Spiezio hasn't taken a flyer on baseball

As the OC Flyers give him one last chance at the game, Spiezio knows his alcohol and drug problems have to stay in the past. As the OC Flyers give him one last chance at the game, Spiezio knows his alcohol and drug problems have to stay in the past.
