Indians' Duncan leaves team, cites personal reasons

Cleveland Indians outfielder Shelley Duncan left the team for personal reasons prior to Saturday's game against the Detroit Tigers. Duncan was just recalled from Triple-A Columbus on Friday, and the Indians did not immediately elaborate on Duncan's exit. The 31-year-old Duncan is batting .246 with four homers and 23 RBIs in 128 at-bats this season with the Indians.

After being outrighted to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees, Shelley Duncan has elected to become a free agent and is now available for any team to sign.In two stints this season with the Yankees, hit just .200 (3-for-15) with one RBI n 11 games. but was named International League MVP after a great year in Scranton.Good luck Duncan hopefully he can be useful to another team.
