Random Athlete Of The Day- Terrence Long
Coming straight out of high school in Alabama, Terrence Long was selected 20th overall by the New York Mets in the 1994 Draft. It took Terrence a while to get out of the Minors but in 1999 he finally made his debut for the New York Mets at age 23.
The next season he was traded to the Moneyball Oakland A’s in a deal involving Kenny Rogers. He was a Rookie of the Year candidate...
