Astros Outright Yorman Bazardo To Triple-A
The Astros have reinstated righty Yorman Bazardo from the disabled list and outrighted him to Triple-A Round Rock, according to the team's Senior Director of Social Media Alyson Footer (via Twitter). She notes that because he has a prior outright, Bazardo can elect to become a free agent rather than accept the assignment. He has three days to decide.

Dancing Ump Brings Joy To Meaningless Games
Sorry Daulerio, but butt-chin down there wasn't even the most flamboyant person at a Phillies game this week. That'd be Dancin' Tim Tschida. Tschida called a balk on Houston's Yorman Bazardo in Monday night's game. At least I think he did. When Bazardo (which sounds like a Norweigan black metal band) protested, Tschida demonstrated his transgression for him. And...

Lack of depth, stubbornness, running Phillies ragged
Middling starters like Yorman Bazardo have looked like world-beaters against the Phillies’ hitters lately. A dearth of capable reservists and an unnecessarily taxing workload implemented by Charlie Manuel may be coming to a head. As one reader phrased it, “Charlie's stubbornness is causing problems not just with the bullpen. Utley and Werth look dead out there. Why hasn&...

Phillies fall to Astros 8-2, lead in East down to four
Two hits and a pair of runs on a sac fly and balk was all the Phils could do against former non-roster invitee Yorman Bazardo, who was among the first cuts in Clearwater. Meanwhile in Atlanta, Jair Jurrjens and the Braves shut out the Marlins 4-0 to extend their win streak to seven. Beerleaguer: Hot and cold for five months, the Phillies have fallen into a frustrating September rut...

Miggy Tejada Supports Bazardo As He Outpitches Hamels
Yorman Bazardo outpitched Cole Hamels.
I can't believe I am writing that, but it is true. So I am gonna say it again: Yorman Bazardo outpitched Cole Hamels.
Yorman threw 5.2 innings, gave up only TWO hits - a leadoff single to Rollins (which led to a run) and a double to Victorino which SHOULD have been an out, but it bounced off the first base bag and took a bad hop and Berkman...

Everett signs with Tigers for $1M, will get most of the starts | Freep.com | Detroit Free Press
The Everett signing finally became official. Dombrowski said that Everett will get the majority of the starts at shortstop. I'd guess majority would probably be 60-70%.
