Dewayne Wise and Cody Eppley Called Up
Center fielder Dewayne Wise was called up to the Yankees yesterday, along relief pitcher, Cody Eppley
With their roster looking scarce, both in the bullpen and on the field, the Yankees called on pitcher, Cody Eppley, and center fielder, Dewayne Wise, to join the big leagues yesterday.
The righty, Eppley, has already made a few appearances for the Yanks this season before being sent...

Yankees call up Wise, Eppley, send Mitchell to AAA
In the wake of Mariano Rivera‘s injury, the Yankees made a couple of moves on Friday. They called up outfielder Dewayne Wise and righty reliever Cody Eppley while sending D.J. Mitchell back to Triple-A.
Calling up Wise was overdue. The Yankees have been short two outfielders since Brett Gardner was placed on the DL and Nick Swisher has been day to day. They called up Jayson...

Triple-A Empire State: L 6-4 to Lehigh Valley. L: Ortiz (0-2)
Colin Curtis: 0/4, RBI, BB, K (.214)
Frankie Cervelli: 1/4 (.179)
Dewayne Wise: 3/5, R, HR (4), RBI, K (.407). He is hitting the crap outta the ball. I’d love to see what he can do against major league pitching this year.
Kevin Russo: 3/5, 2 R, 2 2B, RBI, K (.276) Good to see him have a good game.

Yankees Sign Three Players to Minor League Deals
According to the Times Tribune, the Yankees have signed three players to minor league deals.

Now, he’s banking that a remarkable recovery from an unusual injury will finally land him in the big leagues. That trek will continue this season...

Yankees Add 3 on MiLB deals
The Yankees made a couple minor league additions recently, signing RHP Adam Miller and outfielders Cole Garner and Dewayne Wise to minor league deals, according to Matt Eddy of Baseball America.
None of these players should be expected to contribute to the Bronx this season as they are more depth moves than anything else.
Miller, a former 1st round draft pick, is the most intriging...
