The White Sox made a subtle, yet important roster move after last night’s game.
The team optioned right-handed bullpen arm Deunte Heath back to AAA Charlotte and promoted lefty Donnie Veal to take his place.

The Chicago White Sox have recalled right-hander Brian Omogrosso from Triple-A Charlotte Wednesday and have optioned left-hander Donnie Veal to the International League team.
Omogrosso was 0-1 with a 6.52 ERA in 9 2-3 innings with the Knights this season. He had 2.57 ERA in 21 innings for Chicago last year.

The Chicago White Sox signed a pair of left-handed pitchers on Thursday.
Agreeing to contracts were Donnie Veal and Jose Quintana.
