TMZ: Former Mets’ Pitcher owes beauty queen money

Ex-Mets’ pitcher Duaner Sanchez, who was famously injured while riding in a taxi, allegedly hasn’t paid his child support to the mother of his kid, according to TMZ. Sanchez, who spent parts of two seasons with the club, owes Tania Lima, Miss Cuban America in 1996, $33K in court-ordered payments.
