SF Giants Rumors: Casilla Locked In, Minor League Deal Reached With Herrera

The San Francisco Giants have inked reliever Santiago Casilla to a 3-year deal worth $15 million, reports Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle.   Andrew Baggarly of CSNBayArea.com (via Twitter) adds that the Casilla deal buys out two of his free-agent years.
