Blue Jays P Litsch to miss 6 weeks

Toronto Blue Jays righthander Jesse Litsch will be sidelined for six weeks following surgery for an infection in his right shoulder. The injection resulted from an injection given to Litsch by Dr. James Andrews to calm inflammation in his throwing shoulder. He will not be allowed to do any baseball-related activity or conditioning for two weeks. Litsch, who will turn 27 next week...
