Athletics RHP Devine has elbow surgery, out for season
Oakland Athletics reliever Joey Devine will miss the rest of the season after having reconstructive surgery on his right elbow, the team announced.
Devine, who was already on the disabled list with biceps tendinitis, had the surgery performed by Dr. James Andrews.
