CLEARWATER, Fla. — The Phillies held their first full-squad workout Friday at Carpenter Complex, and early in the day GM Ruben Amaro Jr. provided injury updates on a few players:

Phillies Injury Updates: Cliff Lee, Justin De Fratus
Cliff Lee did not throw his scheduled bullpen session because of abdominal soreness. Ruben Amaro called it "normal soreness." Lee has dealt with abdomen issues before, so that could explain why this may be normal for him.
Justin De Fratus will be shut down for at least a week with elbow soreness.
