In 2003, the Chicago Cubs drafted center fielder Ryan Harvey with the No. 6 pick in the MLB Draft. Like most Cubs first-round picks, he didn’t even come close to the show, topping off with two and a half years in Double-A before leaving organized baseball in 2010 and attempting to resurface as a pitcher.
