Rays OF Fuld set for wrist surgery
Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Sam Fuld is scheduled to undergo surgery on his right wrist Tuesday.
The procedure is expected to sideline Fuld for four to five months.
The 30-year-old Fuld appeared in 105 games with the Rays last season, batting .240 with three home runs and 27 RBIs in a career-high 105 games.
