Coming into 2013 health issues had previously been an issue with Sean Buckley, but it was a bigger challenge for him last year when arm problems sidelined him nearly all season. Now he’s looking to regain some of the attention that his power projections has previously brought to him and the Reds are hopeful he’s in shape for a fast track to make up for lost time.
