Braves seek better defense with switch to Simmons
When choosing between Tyler Pastornicky and Andrelton Simmons in spring training, the Braves said they opted for the more polished offensive player when Pastornicky was named the starting shortstop.

The Colorado Rockies say a fan who was hit by a foul ball this weekend at Coors Field and taken out of the stands on a stretcher is OK.
