Royals put Betancourt on DL, call up Falu
The Kansas City Royals have put infielder Yuniesky Betancourt on the disabled list with a sprained right ankle and purchased the contract of Irving Falu from Triple-A Omaha.
The move was made before Thursday night's game against the New York Yankees.
