"Mr. International" has fought a virtual MMA who's who, earning big wins over Matt Serra, Chris Lytle, Dave Menne, and Jason MacDonald. Carter has had hard fought battles with Pat Miletich (2x), Nathan Marquardt, Karo Parisyan, Nate Quarry, and contender Jon Fitch ultimately losing those battles.
