yeah i think they screwed a lot things as well. I think that if the event was portrayed more like the usual UFC events, a lot of people would have been more happy.

The fights were pretty average. Carano's fight was good, but if you're EliteXC, you've got to be upset that she admitted that her heart wasn't in it. If you didn't tune into the WEC event on Versus, watch the replay this week. A couple of epic fights. Not all of 'em were televised, but I'll be doing a full recap today. I'm pretty sure Miguel Torres at 135 pounds could beat Kimbo. Mexican Lightning, that guy.

Ladies, don't be offended, but when the best fight of the night goes to the ladies' you've got to be disappointed. Yeah, the title fight would have been the best, but for some reason, Elite feels it necessary to rush in four to five doctors every time someone get nicked up. It was sadly a black eye for Elite XC and MMA as a whole. CBS should be ashamed of themselves. If you want to do it right, get the UFC or WEC. Would as many people be watching basketball if the national networks started by showing D-League games?

I'm surprised no one is complaining about the WWF (excuse me, WWE) style entrances. Barone dancing with girls before he gets to the ring? Come one. Fire and shit shooting out? What all that says to me is that the fighting is going to suck, so let's see how much other stuff we can throw in your face to make you watch a little longer.

The guy who wrote the article specifically complained about the "WWE-style" intros.

I get all the complaints, but personally I have none and I watch the Vs stuff and have been a casual fewer for a decade.
