Forget Brock and Kimbo, Shane Carwin is the next Big Thing

Yea I did a story on him before his first fight in the UFC. 9-0 ex all american football and wrestler. Strong as an ox, if not for back problems he would probably be in the NFL instead of MMA. Also Cain Velasquez is a definite force to be. Dont diss on Brock though, he is fighting an ex champ and what could be the future champ as well. Brock, Shane, and Cain are the three top HW and the future. I have been saying this and will stick by it for awhile. I have a feeling that we might see a pretty decent group of HW in the TUF, but you never know.

I think that is the key to Brock's success. He has the strength and speed as well as a great ground and pound. If he becomes even just decent at jiu-jitsu, he should be a future champion.

Agreed, but Shane Carwin also has speed and power. He is also learing jj VERY quick. Already received his purple belt from Nate Marquardt. Marquardt said it was the quickest anyone has received there purple belt from him.
