Heath Herring to face Brock Lesnar at UFC 87

Not a huge fan of Heath Herring but come on now? Of course he can beat the rookie Brock Lesnar. It will be hard to build much hype for this fight unless The Crazy Horse comes through and does something well...crazy.

I thought Heath did good against Kongo and will easily out match Brock. I also think that any fight that Brock is involved in would easily attract millions.

I'm going with Brock on this one. I thought that Herring was a little slow and since Brock is a big guy and seems to be a bit faster, he can pound him out.

Yea, gonna have to critique you here again…Herring has no takedown defense and prob never will. He has been taken down his whole career and he could train takedown defence 18 hours a day until this fight and still be taken down by that tank Lesnar. But what he will do when he gets taken down is give up his back, hold on arm and scramble to get back up which is what he usually does and try and keep it standing. Learn your MMA!!!

LOL, there is a difference between being critical of someone and flat out calling them stupid which is what you're implying when you tell me to learn my MMA.

If I wanted to call you stupid, belive me I would. Its just tough love ;oP...Some of the things you said there just made no sense to me, sorry, can't help it, just my opinion. I mean takedown defense, ground work??? c'mon, if Frenchie took him down at will, what will an accomplished wrestler do...and it was tough for an accomplished BJJ practicioner to get him into a sub, so ain't gonna happen for herring. He has to get off his ass when he gets put on it...work on his kicks like the way GSP knocked out Hughes in the first fight with that kick as Hughes was changing levels. I feel this is unfair, im constantly criticizing you, please, take a shot at me, tell me what you think

Nah, no shots at you. I appreciate your love and knowledge of the sport. I just don't appreciate someone telling me to learn MMA when if you compare some of my work to say the guys on Yahoo, I look like Einstein next to a 4-year old. By all means, keep commenting whether I agree with your thoughts or not!!

This site I find nice articles on Yankees, Giants, Bulls...and then I found this MMA section and I couldn't keep my mouth shut ;o0, and its no excuse to be better than someone on Yahoo writing crap, you gotta stand behind what you write so do your research, get your facts, cause I will keep on reading, and keep on criticizing, maybe you'll get a compliment if you're lucky ;oP

I also like sherdog and check mmaweekly quite a bit too. I hope you do keeping reading my stuff and sharing your opinion and I'll do my best to impress!
