"Inside MMA" poll results: Do fans really attend MMA events?

well i think part of it is due to the fact that there is a disconnect for some fans in the arena and behind a tv or computer screen. The arena itself could be a place where true MMA fans wouldn't want to go, and thats largely due to the fact that the fans that go to the fights are usually drunk party goers like Las Vegas. Real MMA fans don't boo when things go to the ground, and they actually know who's fighting. So for me, if the fight isn't local, i wouldnt want to pay about a grand to fly out to Vegas, hear some drunk motherfucker ruin it for me, and get lousy seats. I think some true mma fans can't afford to attend these shows, so instead we watch them online or on PPV.
