Martin Kampmann ( 15-2 ) has sustained an injury that will keep him out of UFC 72, the UFC chose Yushin Okami to take his place.
Yushin Okami ( 20-3 ) has been with the UFC since the 26th of August. He's been flawless in all his bouts with the UFC ( 4-0 ) and is 12-1 in his last 13 fights. The one loss that Okami does have was a controversial decision that went to Jake Shields, in my honest opinion Okami won. Okami is also coming off of a decisive win over Mike Swick.
RIch Franklin ( 21-2 ) is coming off a win against "The Athlete" Jason McDonald, just before that match he lost his middle weight title to Anderson Silva. Franklin's walking weight is around 200-210, and other fighters have been quoted in-fight about Yushin's overwhelming strength (Kalib Starnes and Mike Swick). This should be an interesting fight, both fighters like to stand and if it does go to the ground they both like to ground and pound.

i really dont agree with them making this a PPV, i sure as hell won't bother with this one. who else thinks this card sucks?
