    Now you go and solidify Titos' "Redman" jab that he took at you a few years ago.. using roids to be a 360 lb who probably couldn't have made it past the 2nd round due to improper cardio training in the first place..way to go Ken

    Yes very sad for those using steroids. I do not know why they even use it when teher are alot of natural methods out there.

    Why am I not surprised with all these Athletes getting put out there in the Public Media,this isn't nothing New...
    In fact it was only a matter of time before MMA became the next sport to endure this type of Nonsense,As for Ken Shgamrock it's pretty sad to see this man who was once regarded as the Most Dangerous Man,fall so far from grace...tsk,tsk,tsk...

    Honestly, this guy is 46, he has no business being in the ring. A 1 year suspension will just make sure that we never see him fight again. No one wants to see grandpa get his ass whooped in the ring.
