It's been a while, so we're coming back strong..well at least with all the strength a 46 year old man can deliver. Rnady Couture may have gotten beat last weekend but that doesn't mean he didn't have a good showing. He took a lot of punishment, got knocked down a couple of times, and still lasted all 3 rounds. Before the fight, what must he have been going through, thinking about, contemplating? We've heard Frank Mir run through the nerves, now its Randy's turn (hint: footage even includes after the loss):
