On this week’s edition of FUEL TV’s “UFC Tonight,” it was announced Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira (pictured) and Fabricio Werdum will headline UFC on FUEL TV 10 on June 8. Tuesday’s report wasn’t necessarily breaking news, as both heavyweights were expected to battle after serving as opposing coaches on “The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil 2.” The reality show debuts March 17 on Globo in Brazil. U.S. broadcast plans have not been confirmed, but the series should be available via online stream. Nogueira has alternated between wins and losses over his past seven scraps. The former UFC interim 265-pound champ was last seen submitting Dave Herman at UFC 153. Werdum, meanwhile, will be riding a two-fight winning streak into the shootout. “Vai Cavalo” hasn’t competed since posting a TKO victory over Mike Russow last June. The event is expected to take place inside Ginasio Paulo Sarasate in Fortaleza, Brazil. Here is the show’s current lineup: Ildemar Alcantara vs. Jason High Derek Brunson vs. Ronny Markes Caio Magalhaes vs. Karlos Vemola Thiago Silva vs. Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante Erick Silva vs. John Hathaway Antonio Rodrigo Noueira vs. Fabricio Werdum
