After a spectacular night of MMA action, UFC President Dana White awarded Carlos Condit, Johny Hendricks and Jake Ellenberger each an additional $50,000 for their special performances Saturday night at “UFC 158: St-Pierre vs. Diaz.” Condit and Hendricks may have served as tonight’s co-main event, but the welterweight put on the most thrilling performances of the evening. The 170-pounders were rewarded with ‘Fight of the Night’ honors for their 15-minute affair. Ellenberger propelled himself back into the welterweight mix by putting Nate Marquardt down in violent fashion. Ellenberger pocketed ‘Knockout of the Night’ for his showing. There were no submissions tonight, so obviously nobody won ‘Submission of the Night.’ UFC 158 took place inside Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada. Condit on Hendricks: “He’s a more dangerous version of the one-punch, KO wrestler that Hendo is.”

Comparing someone to a more dangerous Dan Henderson is like duct-taping an A-Bomb to another A-Bomb then dropping it on your target. Or I guess in this case it would like be tying two H-Bombs together, whatever works.
