Frank Mir Returns to face Antoni Hardonk at UFC 74

Frank Mir used to be known as the baddest man on the planet. he owned the UFC title and broke Tim Sylvia's arm. he got into a motorcycle accident which caused him to vacate the heavy weight title, and never came back to his pre-accident form. He was in an embarassing bout against dan Christison, and holds losses to Marcio Cruz and Brandon Vera. The good thing is that Frank is injury free headed into this fight, and he's still very young. I think that he has an ample amount of time to come back to his original form. I think this is a make it or break it fight against Hardonk. Mir needs to win this fight if he wants to stay in the UFC.
