By Gavin Vincent August 09, 2009George Sotiropoulos looked sharp and ready to dominate. And dominate he did. Sotiropoulos never let up nor gave Roop a window to really get into his rhythm. "There's no such thing as ring rust if you're sharpening your tools every day," Sotiropoulos said. "I know I was better than him on the ground. He was strong in the first round, but he started to show signs of wear and tear. He was good at defending his arms, but he spent a lot of energy defending it." Sotiropoulos moves to an outstanding 10-2 professional record and extends his win-streak to  four in-a-row over opponents Jung Hwan Cha, Billy Miles, Roman Mitichyan and of course George Roop. Roop is now 9-5 after the loss but holds notable wins over David Caplan and Tito Jones.
