Roy Nelson is one tough SOB, there is no denying he has an indestructible chin and a very good skill set. Weight has been his Achilles heel. This is what he could look like if he followed the Dolce Diet. I would love to see him at 205, but let’s see if he can continue to be successful at HW- Shane Carwin is not exactly a walk in the park.
