"That's what we're hearing right now, but nothing's been signed at this point," said a source close to the camp. "The bottom line is that Nick's waiting for an opponent and he doesn't care who it is." Diaz was originally slated to rematch Joe Riggs for the newly created Strikeforce welterweight strap, however, Riggs pulled out of the bout due to a bad reaction to prescription medication which resulted in a extended hospital stay.
